About Us

Founded by Shivani and Abhishek, two ex-hoteliers with a shared love for the mountains, Amarys Boutique Stays and Orzu Boutique Stays were born out of a dream — to create soulful spaces in Manali that blend comfort, sustainability, and authentic Himalayan living.

After over a decade in hospitality with global brands like IHG, Hilton, Taj, and The Lalit, the duo decided to bring their experience back to where their hearts belong — the Himalayas. 

At Amarys and Orzu, guests are encouraged to slow down, reconnect with nature, and experience Manali beyond the ordinary.

Shivani, a lover of meditation and reading, brings calm, warmth, and creativity to every corner of the stays, while Abhishek, an adventure traveler, infuses the spirit of exploration and community into their journey.

Together, they’re on a mission to create stays that heal the Himalayas — one meaningful experience at a time.
